Sheila A. (Suba) Rerko, Uniontown, Pa.

     Sheila A. (Suba) Rerko, 63 of Georges Township, Uniontown, Pa. went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

     She was born July 20, 1954 in Morgantown, W.Va. and a lifelong resident of Uniontown, Pa.

     Sheila was active as a Christian Mother of SS. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church in Fairchance, Pa.

     She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was thoughtful, giving and always willing to go out of her way for friends and family. She adored her two granddaughters, Chloe Jones and Rylee Rerko, who were the light of her life. She enjoyed spending time at the Fayette County Fair watching her children and now grandchildren exhibit livestock. She always had a way to light up the room and her laugh will be missed.

     Sheila is survived by her husband, John A. Rerko III; son, Christopher Rerko and wife Stephanie Rerko of Belle Vernon, Pa.; daughter, Melissa Jones and husband James Jones of Upper Middletown, Pa.; granddaughters, Chloe Jones and Rylee Rerko; brothers, Anthony Suba and Carl Suba and step brothers, George Martoncik and Bob Martoncik,

     She was predeceased by her parents, Stanley Suba and Lucy (Myers) Suba; step mother, Margaret (Martoncik) Suba and step brother, Thomas Martoncik.

    The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, January 19, 2018 until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

     The Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. in SS. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance, Pa. 

     Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.

     The Confraternity of Christian Mothers will recite the Rosary in the Funeral Home on Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
