Anna Catherine Lewis

     Anna Catherine Lewis, 88 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018.

     She was born August 17, 1929 in Bethel Township, Allegheny County, Pa.

     Preceding her in death were her parents, Stephen Lewis and Essie Gaskill Lewis and siblings, Walter Lewis, Warren Lewis, Kenneth “Wayne” Lewis, John Lewis, Steve “Junior” Lewis, Elmer Lewis and Nellie Bryner. She was the last surviving member of her parents’ immediate family.

     Surviving are many nieces and nephews.    

     A private family viewing will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa.

     Interment will be in White Rock Cemetery, Georges Township, Pa.

     A Special Thank You is extended to all the staff at LaFayette Manor that provided Anna with kindness, laughter and compassionate loving care during the eleven years she was a resident there.
