David Aaron Friend Sr., Lake Lynn, Pa.

     David Aaron Friend Sr., 77 of Springhill Township, Lake Lynn, Pa. died on February 6, 2019.

     He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Lorraine Friend; daughter, Dorothy Marie Friend and a brother, Ralph Bernard Friend.

     Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Pauline Louise (Harden) Friend; children, Debra Ann Powell and David A. Friend Jr.; step-children, Leroy Wilson Drake Jr., Raymond Lewis Drake, Christina Lynn Ewing, David Dwayne Drake Sr. and Sherry Louise Hixon; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Glenda Lee Romano and brother, Frank Friend Jr.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Ernie Dodson officiating.

     Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
