Jamie Richard Yanowsky, Uniontown, Pa.

     Jamie Richard Yanowsky, 46 of Meadowbrook, Uniontown, Pa. died unexpectedly at the Uniontown Hospital on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

     He was born December 15, 1972 in Uniontown, Pa.

     Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Gilda Renea (Holbert) Yanowsky; son, Jacy Yanowsky; daughter, Nicole Yanowsky and fiance’, Josh Kazulen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Keith and Diane Holbert; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Billikeith and Tonya Holbert; father and mother, Stanley Joseph and Sandra Sue (Hunyady) Yanowsky; siblings, Mike, Dave, Kim, Joe and Bob and nieces and nephews.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Workman officiating.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jamie Yanowsky Memorial Fund, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. 15436.
