Jean (Sackett) Pearson

     Jean Sackett Pearson, 85 years of Lakewood, NY passed suddenly on September 14, 2019. 

     She was born and raised in Smithfield, PA. 

     Jean was the daughter of the late Hugh William Sackett and Anna Jane Miller Sackett.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Hugh (Bud) and sister-in-law Jean Sackett.  

     Surviving are her husband Jon of 62 years; her daughter Kimberly and husband Mark; her son Jon Ted, and her beloved granddaughter

Nicole and husband Justin Hetherington; her brothers and sisters, Jane Sackett, Richard Sackett and wife Alberta, David Sackett and wife Mary, and Judi Eckert; her cousins, Billie Jean Thieman, Stanford Bratton and Patty Miller.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

     A memorial service will be held at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Smithfield, Pa on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm.  Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Baptist Cemetery.
