Rose M. Bitonti-Moats-Ritz, Grindstone, Pa.

     Rose M. Bitonti-Moats-Ritz, 74 of Grindstone, Pa. passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018.

     She was born February 10, 1944 in Belle Vernon, Pa.

     Rose was predeceased by her mother, Alice (Preston) Bitonti; father, Domenick Bitonti; brothers, Domenick Bitonti Jr., John Preston, John “Mike” Bitonti and Louis Preston.

     Surviving are her children, Sidney Moats Jr. and wife Kellie, Lubbock, Texas, Patricia Coddington and husband Wayne, Grindstone, Pa. and Christopher Moats, Grindstone, Pa.; grandchildren, DeWayne Coddington and wife Amy, David Coddington and wife Jackie, Jonathan Coddington and girlfriend Kayla, Kayla, Christopher, Casey and Cameron Moats and Brittany Fitzwater; great grandchildren, Jordan and Ryder Coddington and Gage Fitzwater; brothers William Bitonti and Charles Bitonti; sister, Frances Myron and nieces and nephews.

     Rose was an Amazing “Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother”. She had a “Heart of Gold” and always put everyone first—she never met a stranger and loved her family with all her heart.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 12 to 1 p.m. The funeral service begins at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Lawrence Coltura officiating.

     Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
