Salina M. Tate Brant, Collier, Pa.
Salina M. Tate Brant, 85 of Collier, Pa. passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 with her loving daughter and son-in-law by her side.
She was born November 18, 1933.
Salina was predeceased by her parents, John Tate and Emily Clark Tate Hollis; husband, William O. Brant Sr.; son, William O. Brant Jr. and siblings, Viola McDonough, Elmer Tate, Gerald Tate, Marge Victor, Loretta DeLorenzo and Clara Hanzes.
Surviving are her daughter, Thelma Walls and husband Pastor Ken Walls; granddaughter, Stacy Walls and husband Jeffrey Beard; grandson, Joshua Walls and wife Christina; great grandson, Brant Beard; siblings, Juanita Bartock, Robert Hollis, Linda Makepeace and Rose Barnhart and loving nieces and nephews.
Salina was one of the most loving and giving person who lived out her faith in God. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Fairchance. She loved and taught Sunday School for many years.
The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The funeral service begins at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Chuck McLaughlin and Pastor Ken Walls officiating.
Entombment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
