Alfretta E. Ardabell, Smithfield, Pa.
Alfretta E. Ardabell, 91 of Nicholson, Township, Smithfield, Pa. passed away at home with her loving family by her side on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
She was born May 15, 1933 in German Township, Pa.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Clarence and Velma Easter; husband, Ralph A. Ardabell; son, Jeffrey A. Ardabell; brothers, Clarence “Sonny” Easter and Carmen Easter and sister, Mary David.
Surviving are her children, Richard Ardabell (Beth), Dan Lucas “Puff”, Gail Ardabell, Toni Ardabell (Stephen E. Ryeczek), daughter-in-law, Tammy Ardabell, Sam Ardabell (Sheri), Bobby Fuller (Christi), Micky Ardabell (Jodi) and Tracy Ardabell Bookings; grandchildren, Toni Gail Ardabell,Natalie Antoinette Ardabell, Sophia b. Ardabell, Amy Mets, Dan Lucas (Angie), Mark Lucas (Leanne), Matt Lucas, Stephan RJ Ryeczek (Jackie), Joshua JR Ryeczek (Carolyn), AJ Ardabell, Nicole Ardabell (Rachel), Toni M. Ardabell, Samantha Cooley (Gene), Stephanie Ardabell (Matt), Savannah Bowers (Zach), Sydney Ardabell, Loren Bell (Dakota), Hannah Fuller, Lyndsey Fuller, Brittney Ardabell, Shannon Ardabell, Zach Ardabell and Brooke Grimm (Caleb) and she loved her many great grandchildren.
Alfretta had a special relationship with her nieces and nephews to include: Patty David (Marcus Harrison), Denise Gwynn (Brent) and Tad Easter (Maryanna). Also surviving is her great aunt, Catherine Thomas.
Mom was known by all as kind, forgiving, and accepting anyone in the family that wanted to be included. And of course for making everyone eat more than they wanted.
She was employed for many years at Centerville Clinic as an LPN.
Alfretta was a member of the Brownfield Methodist Church where she held several offices over the years.
The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Michael Lyons officiating.
Interment will follow in Greendale Cemetery, Masontown, Pa.
