Annette Marie (Budner) Zavatson, Twinsburg, Ohio
Annette Marie (Budner) Zavatson of Twinsburg, Ohio passed away peacefully, going home to the Lord on September 24, 2024, just shy of her 83rd birthday.
She was born on September 30, 1941 in Collier, Pa., the daughter of Steve and Anna (Angel) Budner.
Annette graduated in 1959 from Georges Township High School and went on to become a devoted nurse for the duration of her life.
She married Charles Zavatson on October 2, 1971 at SS Cyril and Methodius Church in Fairchance, Pa. and had two children, Charlene and Brian.
Annette was a devout Catholic who took pride in her faith and support of various causes, never missing a weekly mass at SS Comas and Damian in Twinsburg. She loved her family deeply and had a passion for helping others. She was truly a “Grammy” to everyone who knew her.
She is survived by children Charlene (William) and Brian; grandchildren Trinity, Eastyn and Jake (Emily); brother Stephen (Babe); and numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles “Squeek” Zavatson; parents Anna and Steve Budner; brothers Eugene (Joanne) Budner, Robert “Sonny” (Sandy) Budner; and stepson Doug Proud.
Annette was demure, gentle, warm, nurturing, and unconditionally loving to all she met. To know this woman, was to love her. She was the best Mom, Grammy, Sister and Aunt Annette we could have asked for. We will miss her to the end of time.
The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Monday, September 30, 2024 until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said. Her Funeral Mass follows at 10:00 a.m. in SS Cyril and Methodius Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance, Pa.
