Betty J. Sisler, Smithfield, Pa.

     Betty J. Sisler, 81 of Smithfield, Pa. passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

     She was born August 11, 1943 in Springhill Township, Pa.

     Betty was predeceased by her parents, William H. and Anna Mae Core; siblings, Ralph, Elsie, Peggy and Helen and children, Denise, Jerry and Bud.

     Surviving are her children, Michael Sr. and wife Brenda, Ted and wife Sharen, Lori, and Anna Mae and husband Jeff; close grandchildren, Jeff, Nick, Erica, Teddy Jr., Chris, Tiffany, Julia and husband David, Michael Jr., Krissy, Jeffery II, Jonathan and Betty Jo; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Faye and husband Doug, Sandy and husband Gary, Cathey and husband Gary, Norma and husband Roy ,and Carol and husband John and many other family members.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Sunday, March 9, 2025 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor David Harden officiating.

     Interment in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
