Carol Ann Wydo Wilson, Smithfield, Pa.
Carol Ann Wydo Wilson, 77 of Smithfield, Pa. passed away with her loving family by her side on Saturday, August 1, 2026 in the Uniontown Hospital.
She was born August 17, 1948 in Uniontown, Pa.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Steve Wydo and Mary Alice Olschesky Wydo; brother, James Wydo, and husband, Sylvester Wilson Jr.
Surviving is her daughter, Stephanie Ann Chester Bartok and husband Mark; grandchildren, whom she loved and cherished, Payton Chester and Joey Lemansky, and Maci Chester and Kasey Mahoney; step-sons, Alan and Roger Wilson and families; four nieces, Debbie Franczyk, who was like a daughter, God daughter, Carol DuPont (Rodney), Brandi Streit (Ed), and Jamie Childs; close friend, Frank Marolt and her loving cat, Honey.
She was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan and enjoyed watching them all the time.
Carol was employed at Gary Sutton Chiropractic Office for many years.
The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
