Carole Labin, Fairchance, Pa.
Carole Labin, 83 of Fairchance, Pa. passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at home with her loving family by her side.
She was born August 29, 1942 in Fairchance, Pa.
Preceding her in death were her daughter Rona "Chon" Sparks and son-in-law Stephen Sparks; her brother and nephew, Ronnie Victor and Ronnie Victor Jr.; her mom and dad, Violet Victor and Elmer "Moe" Victor; grandchildren, Luke Boyer and Rebekah Boyer; brother-in-law, Dan Labin and in-laws, JoAnn Labin and EM Labin.
Surviving are John Labin, loving and devoted husband of 55 years; Aaron and Jamie Labin and grandson Carter Labin of New Salem; granddaughter Isabella Sparks; daughter, Regan Leach and children, Elijah Boyer and family from Brownsville and Josiah Boyer of Point Marion; niece and husband, Rhonda and Eddie Barnhart of Atlanta; sister-in-law, Lucy Labin and her son, Huston Strader and wife Jess and family; best friends, Rose Blout, Donna Bryant and Patty King; 6 great grandchildren; and grandmother to all the kids of AG Bus # 20.
Carole ran Kids Day Out Preschool for years and touched so many lives, also the head seamstress at Morris's Men's Store, Christian Mother and Eucharistic Minister of SS. Cyril and Methodius Church in Fairchance; Fairchance Girl Scout leader and known lover and rescuer of animals. She was the devoted matriarch of the Labin Family.
The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, July 3, 2026 until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said, her Funeral Mass follows at 10:00 a.m. in SS. Cyril and Methodius R.C. Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance, Pa. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
The Confraternity of Christian Mothers will recite the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
