Connie Lou (Huntley) Johnson

Connie Lou Johnson, age 82 passed away peacefully with her sons Ron and Ken by her side on April 5, 2025.

She was born in Outcrop, PA on October 25, 1942, the daughter of the late Elmer and Thelma Huntley.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, was an avid reader, and enjoyed quiet time listening to her favorite singing duet Pam and Barry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Johnson, brother Jerry Huntley, her sister Linda Bahuriak, and daughter-in-law Terry Lynn Kovach

Connie is survived by her sons Ronald Johnson, Kenneth Johnson, and daughter-in-law Teresa Johnson; grand-daughters Kayla Johnson and Michelle Ortega (Santiago Ortega); great-grandsons Manuel, Gabriel and Diego, and sisters Joan LaVor and Shirley Morgan.

The family will receive friends and family in Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home on Friday April 11, 2025, from 11:00am until 1:00pm with the service to follow at 1:00pm. with Pastor Darrell Edgar officiating.

The family will conduct a private interment at a later date.  

In lieu of flowers, Ron and Ken ask that donations be made to Amedisys Hospice Care in Morgantown, WV.
