Eleanor Hensh Chury, York Run, Pa.

     Eleanor Hensh Chury, 90 of York Run, Georges Township Pa. died on Sunday, November 17, 2019.

     She was born September 30, 1929 in West Leisenring, Pa.

     Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles Hensh and Victoria Franckowiak Hensh; her husband of 58 years, Joseph R. Chury Sr.; sister, Catherine Pinkos and brother, Stanley Hensh.

     Eleanor was a loving wife and mother of five children, daughter and loving caregiver, Robbie Matuszko and husband Ted, daughter, Marcy Bill and husband Donald, David, Joe Jr. and Sam Sr. and their families; close grandchildren, Kelli and husband Larry, Jeff and wife Stacey and their children, Haylee and Jake, Jenny and husband James, Andrea, David and Tricia; brothers, Joe Hensh and wife Linda and Paul Hensh and wife Evelyn and families; sister, Carol Banko and family and two special friends, Jen Bello and Margie Hebda.

     She was a very devoted Christian to the Catholic Faith, especially to EWTN, Mother Angelica, The Devine Mercy and was a member of Saint Joseph Church in Uniontown.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, November 21, 2019 until 9:15 a.m. when a Prayers of Transfer will be said. The Funeral Mass follows at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Joseph Church, 180 Old Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown, Pa.

     Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
