Eric Quinn Stenger, Uniontown, Pa.
Eric Quinn Stenger, 80 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away at home with his loving family by his side on Friday, May 17, 2024.
He was born November 26, 1943 in Somerset, Pa.
Preceding him in death were his parents, John and Mabel Stenger; son, Charles Stenger and brother, Ricky Stenger.
Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years, Donna Stenger; children, Kimberly Stenger, Evelyn Hall and Kody Stenger; grandson, Joshua Stenger; sister, Connie Knight and several nieces and nephews.
Eric served in the US Army for two years during the Vietnam Era.
He was a Deacon at the Church of God of Prophecy in Lower Oliver, Pa.
Eric was employed as a coordinator with Penn Dot Fayette County for many years until his retirement.
The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Additional visitation in the Church of God of Prophecy Church, 48 Lower Oliver Road, Uniontown, Pa. 15401 on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and on Monday, May 20, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service begins at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Randy Winemiller along with Pastor Donna Stenger officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa. with Military Rites being accorded by General Marshall Amvets Post 103.
