Jacqueline Barrett “Jackie”, Smithfield, Pa.
     Jacqueline Barrett “Jackie” 66 of Smithfield, Pa. passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at the Uniontown Hospital.
     She was born May 5, 1956 in Atlanta, Georgia.
     Preceding her in death were her parents, Ray and Sarah Chambers and siblings, Bill Chambers, Wayne Frolick, Ray Chambers Jr. and Judy Kehoe.
     Surviving are her loving spouse of 37 years, Harvey Shaffer; children, Sarah Gomez and fiancé Bernard Coe, Michael Shaffer and spouse Amanda Shaffer, Amy Stanley and spouse Scott Stanley and Amber Sapp and partner, Brandon Rotharmel; grandchildren, Ruben, Kyle, Izaac, Dakota, Madilyn, Jonah, Madison, Jonathan, Caleb and Nicholas; great grandchildren, Laila and Leo; siblings, Ruthie Williams and Rachel Payne and many nieces and nephews.
     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
