James R. Kennedy, Uniontown, Pa.

     James R. Kennedy, 58 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away with his loving family on Monday, June 3, 2024.

     He was born December 31, 1965 in Uniontown, Pa.

     Preceding him in death were his parents, Roger and Margaret (Edwards) Kennedy.

     Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Barbara (Clark) Kennedy; three children, Melissa Kennedy and boyfriend Zach Milliken, Sharie Kennedy and fiance’ Micah Sutton, and James Kennedy II; grandchildren, Adrien Kennedy, Xander Campbell, Zach DeCarlo, Jesse Milliken, Elizabeth Kennedy, Margaret Kennedy, Briannah Kennedy, Axl Price and Kote Kennedy; Sister Norma Stimmel and Bill; aunts and uncles, Beverly and Ed Swearingen, David and Louise Kennedy, John “JC” and Becky Edwards, Gail Kennedy, Dana and Crandall Neely, Tim and Debbie Jenkins, and Ginger Wheeler; many other uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, great nieces, great nephews and close friends, John “JJ” Fowler and Jeanie, Mark Davis, Franky Hart, Gerald Miller, Jewel Sutton, Joe Huseman, Darrell and Monica Fox, Jeff Schreckengost and Larry Campbell II.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. the hour of service with Pastor Ray Frankhouser officiating.

     Interment will follow in Miller-Sisler Cemetery, Georges Township, Pa.
