James "Gregg" Palko

James “Gregg” Palko, Messmore, Pa.

     James “Gregg" Palko, 76 of Messmore, Pa. passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024.

     He was born September 26, 1947 in German Township, Pa.

     Preceding him in death were his parents, Pete and Naomi Palko.

     Surviving are his daughter Tina; grandson Mark; brothers and sisters, Karen Frasconi, Carol Angry, Tom and Paula Palko, Richard and Regina Palko, Lois Migyanko, Jewel Palko, Ramona and Rick Snyder and Charlotte Palko and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

     Gregg was a Vietnam War veteran serving in the US Army.

      He was a self employed contractor.

     Family and relatives can attend his funeral service with Pastor French Jenkins officiating on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. with burial to follow in Greendale Cemetery, Masontown, Pa. with Military Rites being accorded by General Marshall Amvets Post 103.
