Joyce Rae Sutton Tanner, Fairchance, Pa.

Joyce Rae Sutton Tanner, 73 of Fairchance, Pa., passed away with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

She was born June 16, 1950 in Uniontown, Pa.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Raymond James Sutton and Mabel Dickerson Sutton and her husband of 41 years, Milton Fred Tanner.

Surviving are her two sons, Fred Tanner and wife Louise, and James E. Tanner and wife Kristina; grandchildren, Frederick, Zakary, Koalie, Hunter, James Jr., Emma, Michael and Tiffany; her sister, Jennie Welling and husband Harry; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews.

A Private Family Memorial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fairchance Volunteer Fire Department, 31 Pittsburgh Street, Fairchance, Pa. 15436.
