Judith R. Moreland, Uniontown, Pa.

     Judith R. Moreland 83 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away on January 17, 2025 with loving family beside her.

     She was born June 1, 1941 in Smithfield, Pa.

     Judy was employed for 22 years at Berkley Medical, Smithfield, Pa. as machine operator, tow motor operator and quality control person.

     Surviving are the following children, Susan Moreland of Uniontown, Pa., Kelly Martin (Nathan) of Uniontown, Pa., and Elmer “Moe” Moreland of Uniontown, Pa.; two granddaughters, Lauren Walters (Jonathan), and Elizabeth Moreland both of Georgia; great granddaughter, Mia; and several nieces and nephews.

     Judy is predeceased by her mother, Florence Dils O’Brien; her father, George Ewing O’Brien and the following sisters and brothers, William Morgan, Betty Cooley, Carrie Morgan, Ruth Stitchberry, Sarah M. Umble, Elmer O’Brien and Doris Darnell.

     She was a member of Trinity Fellowship Church.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 with private interment in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
