Karen Sue Verbus, Uniontown, Pa.

      Karen Sue Verbus, 53 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away at home with her loving family by her side on Monday, October 21, 2024.

     She was born October 12, 1971 in Uniontown, Preceding her in death were her parents, Ralph and Nellie Core Friend and the father of her children, Aaron Bricker.

     Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey Verbus; her three daughters, Tonya Bricker and fiance’ Thomas McDonald, Tanya Bricker and Brandon Shaffer, and Tara Bricker; six grandchildren, Matisin Lisauckis, Logan McDonald, Erin Bricker, Hunter Brownfield, Grayson Wolfe and Oaklnd Bricker; brothers and sisters, Bernard Friend, Armando Friend, Ronald Friend, Carl Friend, Carolyn Friend, Donna Friend and Janet Friend and many nieces and nephews.

     Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation and Service on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Karen Verbus Memorial Fund, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. 15436.
