Kenneth Switalski

Kenneth Switalski, Smithfield, Pa.

     Kenneth Stanfield Switalski, 95 of Smithfield, Pa. died Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

     He was born August 29, 1929 in Glendale, Pa., the son of Edward Sr. and Christine Lynn Switalski.

     He was predeceased by sisters, Mary Ellen Switalski, Florence Brady, Loretta Arbogast; and brothers, Charles, Edward Jr. and Leonard Switalski.

     Surviving are his wife of 74 years, Alberta Kingan Switalski; daughter, Joyce Switalski Dean (husband Chuck) of Fairchance; two loving granddaughters, Leya Dean Fecek (husband Ronald) and Lauren Dean Ellsworth (husband Zachary); five great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Isaac, Audrey, Seth, and Norah Ellsworth all of Fairchance and the following sisters, Christine Moats of Masontown, Ada Parker, Erie and Dorothy Catalogna of Smithfield.

     Kenneth was retired from his own contracting business; attended White House Free Methodist Church for many years.

     Private service will be held in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, Fairchance, Pa. on Friday, October 18, 2024.

     Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
