Linda Margaret Cobb

Linda Margaret Cobb, Connellsville, Pa.
     Linda M. Cobb, 72 of Connellsville, Pa. and formerly of New Jersey died Saturday, March 7, 2020 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. She died peacefully surrounded by those who love her.
     She was born January 20, 1948 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late Gustave Anthony Gorek and Marie (Hazda) Gorek.
     Surviving are her three daughters, Laurie and Tony Kazulen, Michelle Cobb and Brenda and Luis Ona; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister, Janice Slechten; two nephews and one niece.
     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa.at a later date, postponing for now and will be announced.
A note from her daughters:
     Our mother was kind, caring, compassionate and sacrificed many things for us over the years. We love her dearly.
     She was our best friend, our hero and our heart. Our lives are never going to be the same without her.  She loved many things. Among her favorites were daisies, Snoopy, Tinkerbell and Gilmore Girls. So many people in her life loved her as we did and we take comfort in knowing so many will miss her as we do.
