Marie Louise (Joseph) Greathouse

Marie Louise Joseph Greathouse, Fairchance, Pa.      

     Marie Louise Joseph Greathouse, 85 of Fairchance, Pa. passed away at home with her loving husband by her side on Saturday, August 24, 2024.      

     She was born September 30, 1938 in Uniontown, Pa.      

     Preceding her in death were her parents, Thomas and Anna Faris Joseph; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Blair (Lawrence dec'd.), Agnes Mary; and brother, John R. (Roxanne).      

     Surviving are her husband of 61 years, Emil Greathouse; her brothers, Joseph T. ( Loretta dec'd.), Harry V. (Rose Ann); as well as many other family and friends who adored her.      

     Marie was a Catholic by faith. She lived her faith by her unconditional love and generosity.      

     She was employed for many years at the Uniontown Hospital until her retirement.      

     There will be no public viewing but a Celebration of Her Life will be held at a later date.
