Mary Catherine (Dunham) Abraham, Fairchance, Pa.

     Mary Catherine (Dunham) Abraham, 96 of Fairchance, Pa. passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 in WVU Uniontown Hospital with her loving family by her side.

     She was born in Fairchance, Pa. on September 17, 1929.

     Preceding her in death were her parents, Joseph and Anna (Byerley) Dunham; husband, William Erwin Abraham; son, Jeffrey Abraham and daughter, Laural Molin.

     Surviving are her children, Linda Phillippi and husband Harold, David Abraham and wife Charys, Lesa Guley and husband Anthony, and William Abraham and wife Diane; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

     Mary Catherine was a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church in Fairchance, loved to play Bridge with her club friends over the years and enjoyed taking care of her lawn.

     She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown for many years.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. the hour of service with Rev. Russ Brown officiating. Interment in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa.
