     Nettie Ruth Jeffries, 95 of Haydentown, Pa. passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018.

     She was born November 25, 1922 in Markleysburg, Pa.

     Nettie was predeceased by her parents, Ira and Goldie Savage; husband, Harold Jeffries and daughter, Carlotta Marie “Penny” Lapppin.

     Surviving are her children, Gene and Carol Jeffries of Haydentown, Pa. and Rich and Kim Jeffries of Hopwood, Pa.; grandchildren, Gene Jeffries Jr., Haydentown, Pa., Rich Jeffries, Haydentown, Pa., Lori Jeffries, Columbus, Ohio, Lisa and Dan Anglim, Columbus, Ohio, Jo Ellen Ruth and Brett Johnson, Fairchance, Pa.,  Jeremiah Youler and Tiffany Griffith, Masontown, Pa.and Jeanna and Brad Brown, McClellandtown, Pa.; great grandchildren, Samantha, Leah, Alex, Jacob and Amanda Chamberlin, Columbus, Ohio, Ally, Samuel, Christopher, Elena, Jaycee, Tyler, Samantha, Shelbi, Cheyenne, Aurora, Jeremiah, Dakota, Saleen, Lexi and Blaise and sister, Thelma Parker.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Thursday 6 to 8 p.m., Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Kyle Manning officiating.

     Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park, Brownfield, Pa.
