Nicole E. Shaffer, Masontown, Pa.

     Nicole E. Shaffer, 33 of Masontown, Pa. passed away on June 23, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.

      She was born March 24, 1986 in Uniontown, Pa. the daughter of Charles and Virginia “Jenny” (Brangard) Shaffer of Old Wynn.

     Nicole was preceded in death by her grandparents, Melvin and Thelma Shaffer and Ralph and Bertha Brangard and several aunts and uncles.

     Left to cherish Nicole’s memory are her parents, Charles and Jenny Shaffer; her brother, Charles “Charlie” Shaffer Jr., who she shared her home with in Masontown, Pa., April Shaffer and Liza Shaffer, Masontown, Pa.; a very special friend, Juccora Barton, Jeanette, Pa.; her nieces and nephews who she called her kids, Jacob Anderson, Isaac, Kolton and Ryleigh Troycheck, Uriyah, Josiyah and Jeremiyah Avery; five special kids she called her own, Ruby, J.J., Emily, Lydia and Shelby; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Carrie Lawson officiating.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nicole Shaffer Memorial Fund, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. 15436.
