Paula Jean Tate Silvis, Fairchance, Pa.

     Paula Jean Tate Silvis, 70 of Fairchance, Pa. died on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 as a result of a pedestrian accident in Fairchance.

     She was born June 28, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio.

     Preceding her in death were her parents, Amy Jane and Lee Abraham Tate; brother, Russell Tate; sister, Rita Guth; husband, Butch Silvis and son, Frankie Ford.

     Surviving are her son, Henry and Amanda Ford; grandchildren; sisters, Sharon and James Blakovich, Susan Korhman, Donna and Rick Anderson, and Lisa Runyon; brothers, Frank and Annabelle Tate, Steve and Rosie Tate, Kevin and Linda Tate, Randy and Stephanie Tate, Jimmy Tate, David and Vicky Tate, Mike and Denise Tate, and Pat and Vicky Tate and many nieces and nephews.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Tuesday, September, 2, 2025 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. A Time of Remembrance will begin at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Molly Hall officiating.
