Phyllis J. Stafford McFadden, Uniontown, Pa.

     Phyllis J. Stafford McFadden, 91 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away on November 11, 2025.

     She was born March 13, 1934 in Little Brownfield, Pa. She was the daughter of the late William and Estella Smitley Stafford.

     Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents ; her husband, Arnold “Pete” McFadden; brothers, Boone, Ralph, Raymond, Milford, Jacob who died in infancy, Donald and Jim Stafford; sisters, Freda Festog, Winnie Young, Mildred Stafford, Ruby Livengood, Patricia Tewell , Opal Sabatine and Leona Porreca; sons-in-law, Thomas Rockwell and Mike Stump; granddaughter, Tina McFadden and great grandson, Christopher Williams.

      Surviving are son, Rick (Dee Dee) McFadden; daughters, Wanda Rockwell, Darla Stump, Lori (Jim) Wilson and Heather (Russ) Ellsworth all of Uniontown; grandchildren, Rickey (Cindy Walters) McFadden, Wendy (Shawn) Varhadi, Tiffany (John) Dukman, Thomas “Willie” (Brenda Swink) Rockwell, Joni (Ryan) Jackson, Angie Stump and Nick Wilson; great grandchildren, Neal “Zeke” Morgan, Brandon Morgan, Josi Dukman, John Michael and Miranda Dukman, Jacob and Morgan Dukman, Eshaan, Liam, Mavrick and Grayson Varhadi; great great grandchildren, Jonny and Kacey Morgan and Copeland Morgan; sisters, Louise Thomas, Gloria (Barry) Thomas and Diane (Mark) Papinchak; sisters-in-law, Lois Hart, Dana Neely and Jane Raymond and many nieces and nephews.

     Phyllis was a member of the Little White Rock Church.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve Popson officiating. Interment will follow in White Rock Cemetery, Georges Township, Pa.
