     Ruth Ilene Wilburn Walters 82 years of Georges Township, Pa. passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

     She was born April 19, 1943 in Garrett County, Maryland.

     Preceding her in death were parents, Elmer and Ada Fazenbaker Wilburn; brother, Clark “Newt” Wilburn; husband, Donald “Woody” Walters and grandson, John Heinbaugh.

    Surviving are two sons and a daughter, John Heinbaugh, Lynn Heinbaugh and Ronald Heinbaugh; step children, Judy and Paul Forsythe, Cathy and Jim Gibson, Donald and April Walters, Eugene Walters, Rich and Kelly Walters and Janet Walters; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and her brother, Elmer Wilburn.

     It was Ruth’s request for no public services to be held.
