Thomas D. Weimer, Fairchance, Pa.

     Thomas D. Weimer, 77 of Fairchance, Pa. passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018.

     He was born August 27, 1940 in Uniontown, Pa. the son of Walter M. Weimer and Margaret R. (Hanft) Weimer.

     In addition to her parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Carol A. (Allman) Weimer and his brother, Donald “Duck” Weimer.

     Surviving are his daughter, Susan Davis and husband Wendell G. Davis of Masontown, Pa.; grandchildren, Nathan Davis and wife Chasity Davis, Raymond Ziringer III and girlfriend Jessi, Ashley Ziringer, Carol Davis and Wendell Thomas Davis; great granddaughter, Priya Davis; brother, Paul Weimer and wife Lynn Weimer, Pataskala, Ohio; sister-in-law, Lena Weimer, Fairchance, Pa.; nephews; nieces and cousins.

     He attended the First Baptist Church of Fairchance.

     Tom was employed with Shaffers’ Service Station Route 857 for many years until his retirement. Even after retirement, he was always helping his children and grandchildren work on their vehicles.

     The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 9 to 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Service begins at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Peter Malik officiating.

     Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Presbyterian Cemetery, Franklin Township, Pa.
