William "Billie" Carson Tate

William Carson Tate “Billie”, Smock, Pa.

     William Carson Tate “Billie” 57 of Smock, Pa. passed away in WVU Uniontown Hospital on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

     He was born March 3, 1968 in Uniontown, Pa.

     Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert Grant Tate and Helen Mae Poole Tate; step-mother Erma; sister Diahann and brothers-in-law, John Tolliver and John Fowler.

     Surviving are his loving siblings, Rob Tate, Tammy Fowler, Nancy Tolliver and Ronald Tate and many other loving family members.

     The family will receive friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Monday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. the hour of service with his sister, Mrs. Nancy Tate Tolliver officiating. Interment follows in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.

     The family extends the gratitude of many thanks to Fayette Resources for all of the loving care given to Billie over the years.
